Annual Return and other Corporate Filings

As part of your Corporate Governance duties, many Canadian Incorporations need to complete yearly corporate Annual Return Filings (depending on your jurisdiction). You will also need to make Director, Shareholder, Address, and Name changes when applicable. The following forms can be completed in order to make these simple corporate updates.

Annual Return Filing Services

Many believe that filing the Annual Return is meant to renew their incorporation with the Government, however, it is much more. Corporations file their Annual Return in order to show the Government that they are still active and to make any necessary changes to the corporate information within that year to complete their Minutes.

Once we have filed your Annual Return we draw up a 4 - 7 page document outlining information of the Corporation such as Director, Shareholder, and Address changes.

These Minutes are prepared for $82.50/hr to be stored your Minute Book annually.

Making changes to any Director, Shareholder, and/or Address changes is $27.50 plus the applicable Government Fee for your corporation's particular Jurisdiction. Government Disbursements.

Change Ex-Pro filing details

If your company is an Extra-Provincial Registration then, in addition to any of the above, you can also change the following: 

The Head Office Address of the Corporation.

The Alberta address of the Attorney for Service.

The Alberta address of the Alternate Attorney for Service.


Corporate Name Change or Article Amendment

You have the right to change the name and/or articles of an existing and active Corporation. You may not complete both a Corporate Name change and an Amendment to your Articles. Therefore, please only select one corporate change from below.

As part of this change request we are required to confirm the status of the registration. Therefore, we will file all outstanding Annual Returns, if needed, before completing your requested Name change or Article Amendment.

Change Corporate Name

To complete a Corporate Name Change, you will need a NUANS report or name search completed for your new corporate name. You can complete your free NUANS Pre-Screen searches as well as order your NUANS report online at our discounted prices insure your new Corporate name is available.

- Name Change without NUANS Report - $136.63 (if you have already run a valid NUANS report)
- Name Change including NUANS report - $189.13 (we will complete your NUANS pre-screens and report)

Article Amendment

In addition to a name change you can also Amend or Replace your Existing Articles. Please use the drop down box below to select if you are Amending or Replacing your existing Articles. Further information will be asked on the following page.
