You are not doing anything wrong. The problem is the set-up of your Browser. In Netscape click on "Security" then "Navigator" then scroll down the right column. You will notice you have both SSL V.2 & V.3 settings. Uncheck V.3 then save. You will now be able to access the site.

V.3 is one of the new security protocols that has been established for "Set" transactions. Our site is not yet "Set" ready.

If you are using Internet Explorer then click Tools, Internet Options, then Advanced. The display list includes a number of check boxes. Scroll down to Security, the last set of options, and make certain that you have checked both USE SSL 2.0 and USE SSL 3.0.
