If you have not ordered a NUANS report for this incorporation in the past 90 days you must first order a report now by clicking Nuans.

Every applicant for the incorporation of a new Professional Corporation must provide a valid NUANS Report for examination. If your Nuans Report was prepared by Arvic in the past 90 days then we have it on file. If the report was not prepared by Arvic then you will need to Fax or E-Mail the Report to us.

Professional Affiliation
Every individual who wishes to from a PC must be an accredited member of the designated profession. A copy of your doucments are forwarded to the associations Registrar for validation. Please state:

Directors
Only individuals can be Directors. A private corporation must appoint at least one individual as an initial Director and can appoint up to 15 Directors in total.

Corporate Addresses
Every corporation must provide both a "Registered Office Address" and a "Records Address". However, they both may be the same address. We recommend that you use Arvic's Office as your "Registered Office Address" and your place of business address as your "Records Address".
