2. Not-so-Quick Online Name Search
Service
The Not-so-quick business Name reservation reports
do not come in the NUANS report format. These reports need to be caused
through the provincial government, and the government will decide if your
proposed business is register-able. The Not-so-Quick name reservation
reports can be ordered online for
the following jurisdictions:
British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland & Labrador, NWT,
Yukon and Nunavut.

7. Expedited Service / Rush Fee
We understand that sometimes Paralegal
services need to be completed as soon as possible, and we will do everything
we can to accommodate your needs. We do reserve the right to charge a Rush
Fee if needed. All customers will be informed if a Rush fee will be
charged.
This Rush fee will only be instituted if
there is a substantial amount of existing work that will need to placed on
'hold' in order to fulfill the Rush service.
