Annual Return Filing Services
Annual Returns are an important part of the ongoing Corporate Governance for a company. Corporations need to file an Annual Return with the Registrar on or before the Anniversary date. This filing keeps your company in good standing with the Government and provides an opportunity to update the corporate Addresses, Directors and Shareholders.
Failure to file Annual Returns will result in the Corporation being Struck off the Registry.
You will have access to process multiple Annual Returns online. You will be presented with a Confirmation report at the end of your Annual Return submission to ensure that the information you have entered is valid and correct before we process it.

Corporate Changes
Throughout a year, your corporation could experience many changes that will affect the information listed with the Registrar.
-
Have there been any changes to the Directors or their addresses?
-
Have you brought on new Shareholders or deactivated old Shareholders?
-
Have you moved offices and need to update your Address?
All of these changes need to be updated with the Registrar once they occur.
In some cases, such as with Federal Corporations; they need to be submitted within 15 after the changes were made. Make sure to keep your corporate records up to date with the Registrar and show that you take your Corporate Governance seriously.

Name Changes
Is your corporation ready for a new Name? Perhaps you are ready to change your Numbered company? Either way, we can file your Name Change amendment for you.
Start off by entering the Existing Corporate name to the left and answer the remaining questions.
Note: if the corporation is not in Good Standing, we will be required to file all outstanding Annual Returns.
If this is the case, our staff will contact you to explain the regulations further before we proceed with your Name Change Amendment filing.
Article Amendment
An Amendment is the registered structural change of a Corporation such as to the Articles of Incorporation including Share Structure, Restrictions of Transfers and Other Provisions changes.
In most cases, your Accountant or Lawyer will request you to have the Articles changed for your Corporation because they no longer meet the needs of your business. You can choose to create your own Articles, or you can have Arvic supply you with our legally approved Complex articles that will be able to grow with your business thereby ensuring you will not need to complete another Article Amendment.
